At McPack, we aim to process and dispatch your orders quickly and reliably.

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Times:
Estimated delivery within Australia:

• Metro areas: 2–5 business days

• Regional areas: 5–8 business days

Please note that delays may occur during peak periods or due to courier disruptions.

Shipping Rates:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and weight. We also offer discounted bulk freight rates on large orders.

Delivery Partners:
We work with trusted carriers including Australia Post, Aramex, CouriersPlease, and local freight companies to ensure your packages arrive safely.

Order Tracking:
Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email to monitor your delivery.

Shipping Issues:
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@mcpack.com.au within 3 business days of the delivery date. We'll do our best to assist and resolve the issue promptly.

Pick-Up & Local Delivery:
We currently offer local pickup from our Melbourne warehouse by arrangement. Please contact us to schedule your collection.
